Quick Brioche Buns!
These quick and easy brioche buns are guaranteed to be gone in one day, that's how good they are! Makes 8 buns.
*Mom found this recipie online and altered it to fit our tastes, hope you enjoy!*
Ingredients:
1 cup of warm water
¼ cups of warm milk
1 Tbs of instant yeast
2 Tbs of honey
1 ½ teaspoon of salt
1 egg
2 Tbs of butter- room temp
3 ½ cups of flour

Line pan with parchment paper.
In a mixer, combine water, milk, yeast and honey and proof for 5 minutes.
Add salt and egg, using paddle attachment on low speed.
Add flour and butter and mix until combined. Switch to dough hook and let it knead for 8 minutes.
Transfer to floured surface and knead a few times, then form into a ball and divide into 8 even pieces.
Shape each piece into a round ball and place on your prepared baking pan with parchment paper.
Loosely covet with a towel and wait 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400° F
Bake for 13-15 minutes until the tops are golden.
*They can last up to 3 months if stored properly in the freezer.*
