Refined sugar free whipped cream
This is my most favorite dessert in the world, since I don't eat sugar, its a bit tricky to find healthy dessert recipes but this one is the best!
And it's only 2 ingredients!
● ¼ to ½ cup of heavy whipping cream
● Maple syrup to taste
You also can add a tiny bit of cinnamon, cocoa powder, vanilla extract or chocolate chips.
It's really simple...
Start by adding your cream and maple syrup (If you are adding anything else, do it now, except the chocolate chips) to a stand mixer (a hand mixer will also work) mix until it forms stiff peaks. (Add the chocolate chips now!)
And that's it! My personal favorite is to freeze it for about 3 hours, the longer the better, and it turns out just like ice cream! You can use it to top off any dessert, milkshake, or eat it plain.
It's best to eat it the same day.
