Neta's Fudge

This fudge recipe was given to me by one of our amazing neighbors many years ago when I was little. Neta made and gave us a batch of it every year until she couldn't, she wasn't old, but her health was failing. Besides making fudge she would ask me and my brother to help decorate her house with lights and gave us candy in return and so much more. 💓
Sadly, she passed on January 2018, but every Christmas making this reminds us of our amazing neighbor and how much she meant to us. 💗 Her fudge is super quick and easy and I hope you give it a try.
Start by gathering you're ingredients, you will need...
● One can of condensed milk
● 2 cups of chocolate chips
● One teaspoon of vanilla extract
● 2 Tablespoons of butter
Walnuts are optional!
------
Get a glass or metal baking dish and line it with foil (butter or spray your foil!), set that aside and start working on your fudge.
Put all your ingredients into a pan and put on low heat, stir constantly and don't let it sit. Pretty soon, it will melt and when there is no lumps left in it, that's when you know it's done. Here is where you can add your walnut, if you do, gently fold them in. When it is done, pull it off the heat and pout it into your prepared baking dish.
Cool, cut and enjoy!
Merry Christmas!
