Healthy Meal: Rice Bowls!




One of my most favorite dish is a rice bowl. They are super easy to make, are filling, delicious and can be made with so many different ingredients! First start by lining the bottom of your bowl with as much rice as you'd like.

A great thing about rice bowls is that there are no rules to what you put in them, you can add whatever you like! Below I have listed some of my favorite toppings...
  • Salmon, tuna, shrimp or any sort of seafood
  • Avocado
  • Cucumbers
  • Soy sauce, kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha and other sauces 
  • Tomatoes 
  • Seaweed
  • Sunflower or pumpkin seeds





This one I made has salmon, cucumbers and seaweed.



And this one has salmon, tomatoes, cucumbers, seaweed and soy sauce.
