Pistachio Date Balls
This recipie is quick, easy, healthy and perfect for an on the go snack and the best part is, it's only 2 ingredients!
You will need...
● 10 Medjool dates
● 1 cup of Pistachios
Start by soaking your dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Next, add your pistachios and dates into a food processor, blend until it combined. To make it into a dough, add a splash of the water you soaked the dates in.
Finally, use a tablespoon and scoop out your dough. You can either eat it now, or freeze them. You also can add a drizzle of chocolate to top it off.
